Product and pricing information
The prices of our products include VAT, as the current legislation stipulates. The www.dodoandberries.com e-shop has the right at any time to change the selling prices of the products.
Returns
You have the right to return the product you purchased within 7 working days from the day of receipt and request either a product replacement or a refund. The bank commission is charged to the customer.
Terms and conditions
First, you must contact us by sending an email to info@dodoandberries.com, or by calling +306983614147 stating the reason for the return.
Returned products must be in their original condition, with the tag attached and the packaging undamaged. All accompanying documents (e.g. Retail Receipt) must be returned with the product.
Return and replacement
The product return is free if it is done through the transport company that www.dodoandberries.com cooperates with. We also cover the costs of returning the product. Our company covers the costs of the first return. In case of a second return, the costs of shipping and receiving the product are borne by the customer.
Refund
In case you do not want to replace the returned product with another one, you can request a refund. When you contact our company to state the reason for returning the product, if you request a refund you will be asked for a bank account where the deposit will be made. Once the product arrives at our warehouse and is checked to be in its original condition, we will credit the refund amount to the account you have given us.
