Returns and Refund Policy

In case the return is due to an error on our part, you can return any product for free and we will refund your money within 10 working days (the return is by refund).

If there is no mistake by our company and the return is for personal reasons, you will be charged shipping costs.

You can only make one return per product.

If you have received a gift purchased from Dodo and Berries and wish to exchange it, please contact us within 14 days so that the exchange can be made. In this case, you will bear the shipping costs. To make the change you will need to have your retail receipt and order number and contact us to guide you through the process.

Products can only be changed if the product:

• We will ship the new product to the delivery address previously on your order unless you provide us with a new address.
• All goods are checked upon their return to our company. The products arrive at our company at your own risk, so you should make sure that they are packed properly and that they cannot be damaged during transport.
• In case a product is returned in unsuitable condition, it will not be accepted.
• We recommend that you keep the post/courier receipt until the return has been processed and you have received our email stating that we have received your return.

The customer may withdraw from the sale within 7 calendar days from the shipment of the product and return it to our company at his own expense. Our company is entitled to accept the return of the product only if there is no damage and it is accompanied by proof of payment. In case of a refund, the money amount is sent within 10 calendar days of receipt of the product.
